AIEE has a comprehensive service division capable of providing Motorola subscriber and fixed equipment service and maintenance from basic first echelon level to complex technical third level involving component replacement repairs.
AIEE Engineers and Technicians are fully conversant with the Motorola Product range and regularly attend new product and refresher training courses. Maintenance Contracts are available on either a normal business hours attendance or on a full 24-hour call out basis.
Depending upon customer requirements, and to reduce system or equipment down time, strategic replacement modules or boards, provided either by the Customer or AIEE, can be utilised by Engineers or Technicians to effect urgent repairs. Faulty items are subsequently either repaired locally or sent to the UK or US High Tech Centre for repair and return.
AIEE Support Centre can structure any maintenance agreement to meet customer requirements.
The agreement can range from a full parts, service and maintenance basis to a Technician on standby with a time and materials addition.
